Les Jardins d'Ambroisie, situé à St-Chrysostome à 45 min au sud de Montréal, est un projet familial qui a pris naissance à l'été 2005 du désir de vouloir offrir à d'autres familles une nourriture saine, équilibrée et exempte de produits chimiques nocifs pour la santé.

La ferme regroupe l'effort de trois familles dont le volet de la culture maraîchère revient à Ying et Francis. Isabelle est en charge du volet équestre en s'occupant de Cuzco, Apache et Liberté, les trois chevaux qui aident à certains travaux et à la fertilité de la ferme.

Les Jardins d'Ambroisie, located in St-Chrysostome, 45 minutes Southwest of the island of Montreal, is a family project that came into being during the summer of 2005 from the desire to offer other families healthy, delicious and balanced food that was exempt of toxic and harmful chemicals.

The farm groups the efforts of three families which the vegetable growing is taken care of by Ying and Francis. Isabelle is in charge of the animals which includes Cuzco, Apache and Liberté who help us in certain field chores and to raise the fertility of the land.
